We had a suite and it was awesome. Daily service was amazing.

Nearby New York Lounge - grate place to chill out. We could cook our own meals in a kitchen. Walking distance to bosco verticale...

Excellent staffs, breakfast is good and i am very happy they had halal meat included in the breakfast.

Toilet is a bit small

Stayed two different times. The first had breakfast included and the room rate was reasonable. A few days later we returned with no breakfast included and a much higher room rate.Location was wonderful, one block from train station. On second visit,the conceirge recommended Bffi restaurant in the galleria prior to our opera. The prices were very high and the cover charge was 11 euros which was astronomical. No satisfaction when we complained.

No free wifi in lobby

We are a family of 3 which are backpacking around Europe,we have been stopping in the Hilton in all the majar city's, and this one was great, the room was more then large and the staff on reception where more then helpfull, the female manager went out of her way to help us resolve the issues with the internet I should have cought her name !!!!! The breakfast was fantastic with strawberries loads of coffee,,,Great..

The Hilton is Ripping there loyal customers off charging 22 Euro's for one day access to the internet.This is an issue in Hilton in general..

The hotel was very nice and the room a good size. We upgraded to the executive level which provided a nice happy hour gathering. A nice breakfast buffet was included. We found it to be a much better deal than another hotel we stayed at in the area. This would definitely be our choice again.

Business Center allowed me to print boarding pass for flight to USA.

The Hilton Milan was in a great location for my purposes.

I do not understand why Hotels are still charging excessive prices for Internet access. 20 Euro for 24 hours is very, very unreasonable.

Convenience to centre ant train station

Comfortable quiet rooms. Excellent late night bar + restaurant in the lobby. Close to central railway station, so easy access to Milan airports.

Cost of the internet!! Totally ridiculous. Cheapest option was €17 per 24 hours. Lots of similar hotel offer free or much cheaper options, if I can I will avoid this hotel simply because of this. At night surrounding neighbourhood is deserted, dimly lit and a little scary when walking alone.

the staff was fantastic. so friendly as well as very efficient. highly recommended. we stayed for just one night but we ordered a meal which was delicous.
